An Energetic Alignment is a gentle reset for anyone facing headaches/migraines, stress-related or autoimmune conditions, anxiety/depression, insomnia, chronic pain, cancer care, fatigue; or simply feeling stuck and out of balance. We begin with a brief intention-setting chat. Then, fully clothed on a massage table, you’ll relax while I work with your energy system to clear blockages and rebalance the chakras, inviting support from angels, guides, and ancestors. I may weave in sound bowls, tuning forks, crystals, herbs/essential oils, BioMorphic Geometry, and energy dialysis (with or without light touch). We close with reflections and simple take-home practices. Session cadence is personalized: up to 2x/week in high stress, weekly/bi-weekly in transition, monthly for maintenance. Think of it like tuning an instrument; regular care keeps you grounded, balanced, and vibrant. Monthly memberships available.

Then, in your most comfortable clothes, you’ll rest on a massage table while Laura works with your energy system.
During the session, Laura may draw from several modalities to clear blockages, balance, and reactivate your chakras (energy centers). She also calls upon your angels, guides, and ancestors; inviting their wisdom and insights to support your highest well-being.
Each session concludes with time to debrief and reflect on your experience. Laura records the insights and messages that come through, along with tailored resources and practices you can take home. This empowers you to continue cultivating relaxation, energetic balance, and overall wellness long after the session.
