Ear seeds are a form of auriculotherapy, which uses acupressure points in the ear to stimulate other parts of the body. They’re small latex stickers that contain a ripe seed from the Vaccaria plant or metal beads. They are placed carefully on your ear in specific acupressure points that correspond with the conditions you’re experiencing. They can help reduce symptoms like anxiety, pain, and insomnia.

Amanda is a holistic physical therapist with 30+ years of experience helping people with chronic and hard-to-resolve pain. She finds the root cause—not just where it hurts—so you can get lasting relief.
Experience a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to calm the body, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where soothing tones and vibrations help your body shift into a calmer, more balanced state. During the session, you’ll rest comfortably while crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments create waves of sound that gently wash over you.
Sound is more than something we hear. I’s something we feel. The body naturally responds to vibration.
Research in neuroscience and physiology shows that slow, harmonic sounds can help guide the brain from active beta brainwaves (thinking, problem-solving) into alpha and theta brainwaves, which are associated with relaxation, meditation, and creativity.
As the nervous system settles:
Many people describe feeling deeply calm, mentally clear, and physically lighter after a sound bath.
While each experience is unique, sound baths often help people reconnect with their bodies and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and refreshed.
Participants frequently report:
Sound baths can be especially supportive for people who:
No prior experience is needed. You are welcome to sit, lie down, or adjust your position at any time so you remain comfortable throughout the experience.
Your experience is designed to be simple, calming, and accessible.
When you arrive, you'll choose a comfortable space to sit or lie down on a yoga mat. Many people bring blankets and pillows so they can fully relax.
Once everyone is settled, the session begins with a few gentle breaths to help your body transition out of the busyness of the day.
As the sound bath unfolds, you'll hear and feel the tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments. These sounds create layers of vibration that move through the room and through the body, helping your nervous system settle into a relaxed state.
You may notice:
Some people experience vivid imagery or insights, while others simply enjoy a deep sense of rest.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. You are always welcome to adjust your position, sit up, or step out if you need to.
The session typically ends with a few quiet moments to gently return to the room feeling refreshed and grounded.
A sound bath may be a wonderful fit if you are looking for a gentle way to reset and reconnect.
This experience is especially supportive if you:

It happens more often than you might think, and it’s completely okay.
When the body finally relaxes, it’s natural for some people to drift into sleep. Snoring is simply a sign that your nervous system has moved into a deeper state of rest. Everyone attending understands that this is a space for relaxation, not perfection.
If you do fall asleep, your body is likely receiving exactly what it needs.
Not at all. Sound baths are actually one of the easiest ways to experience meditation, especially if you find it hard to quiet your mind.
Instead of focusing on your breath or trying to stop your thoughts, you simply listen to the sounds and allow your body to relax. The vibrations naturally guide the mind and nervous system into a calmer state.
Many people say sound baths are the first time they’ve truly been able to relax during meditation.
Comfort is key.
Most participants bring:
The goal is to create a cozy space where you can fully relax. Some people even bring an eye mask for deeper rest.
You’re also welcome to sit or adjust your position at any time so your body stays comfortable throughout the experience.
